Cancellation
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Billing. You keep access until the end of the current paid period, and you won't be charged again.
Refunds
Because AI credits are consumed on use, payments are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us within 14 days and we'll review it.
Failed payments
If a renewal fails, your account moves to Free plan limits until payment succeeds. Your saved work is kept.
