1. The service

The Marketing Vault provides AI-assisted marketing tools, a resource library and project storage.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. You must provide accurate information.

3. AI outputs

Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content — especially factual, legal, financial and platform-policy claims — before publishing. We do not guarantee any marketing result.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to create unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, including fake reviews or testimonials.

5. Subscriptions and credits

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Credits reset each billing period and don't roll over.

6. Resources license

Library resources may be used in your own and your clients' marketing. You may not resell or redistribute the resources themselves.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
